Dancer

A spontaneous shot taken in High Park, Toronto, on 21 April 2010. There were some dancers practising in the park near Grenadier Pond, and I happened to snap a photo of one of them. This was a 1/160th of a second exposure at ISO 400 with a Canon Rebel XTi and a Soligor 135 mm f/2.8 lens stopped down to about f/8, I think. The image has been digitally altered to remove a guy with a backpack who was walking behind the dancer, as well as a guy with a camera who was obscuring part of the tree.
